No matter what our age we are never done learning…life is a journey we are all on together! And together we can learn from one another too. Why re-invent a wheel if we don’t have to right?! On this page are tools and resources begged, borrowed and dare we say ‘stolen’ for you to access and practice with…yes, practice with because that’s what we do in life we practice till we get better at things.
It’s vital that you remember you will NEVER BE PERFECT…sorry to be the bearer of this bad news but realistically we are all very human and that means by definition imperfect beings…always was and always will be! But we can practice and be better and then practice some more!
That’s because just when we get good at something well… life happens and we fall off the horse and well… we have to figure out how to get back up, dust ourselves off and learn to ride yet once again…we just do and we just will…that you can count on!
But you do not have to do that alone…JD’s MIdlife Tools For Living Practices, Life Coping Tool Box is here for you! Below are some tools we hope you will find useful and add to your Life Coping Tool Box. Topics are arranged alphabetically. More will be added as life goes on and we discover new ideas and resources to share with you!
Hey, leave us a note on our contact page and let us know which of these tools you are practicing with and find most useful to you. Got any ideas of topics and resources you’d like to see added to our list? Do let us now that too! We are listening and eager to learn too!
